Prepared for The Vein Care Center
UPRYT · GROWTH PARTNERSHIP PROPOSAL
The Vein Care Center, Oak Park and Wilmette. What we found, what it costs you, and what we would do about it.
Prepared September 2026. Confidential.
THE AUDIT
Nobody sent us a login. Everything below came from your live website, your Google and Yelp listings, the medical directories that carry your name, Ahrefs, and your own reviews. It took a week. It is the same work we would do in month one, which is the point.
10
findings, every one with a source and a date
8
keywords your site currently ranks for, and six of them are your own name or your street address
0
paid visitors to your website in the last 13 months
3
different sets of business hours live on the internet right now
Live server responses, Google Business Profile, Yelp, Healthgrades, Zocdoc, and Ahrefs. September 2026.
What follows is not a proposal with an audit attached. It is an audit with a price at the bottom.
THE MATH
50%
current capacity at Oak Park and Wilmette
$2,750
lifetime value of a vein procedure patient
$2,075
lifetime value of a sclerotherapy patient
Figures provided by The Vein Care Center, September 2026
Illustrative model. Every input is editable. Margin is your number, not ours.
Current capacity
50%
Blended lifetime value per patient
$2,412
| Location | Added patients/mo | Added revenue/mo |
|---|---|---|
| Oak Park | 40 | $96,500 |
| Wilmette | 10 | $24,125 |
| Combined total | 50 | $120,625 |
Added annual run rate
$1.45M
Added annual gross profit, both offices
$1.01M
Treatment revenue collects over 2 to 6 months depending on the procedure, so year one lands below the run rate above. Year two is the full number.
The evaluation fee is paid by insurance, so the first $500 of every new patient is not a marketing cost recovery problem. It is the thing that funds the marketing.
WHAT WE FOUND
01
WHAT A REPORT WOULD TELL YOU
The new site is live and indexed.
WHAT IS ACTUALLY HAPPENING
www.theveincarecenter.com redirects to the non-www version. But every page's canonical tag, the sitemap, and robots.txt all declare www as the real address. The site says “I live here” and then bounces Google somewhere else the moment it arrives. A fresh rebuild cannot consolidate under that conflict.

02
WHAT A REPORT WOULD TELL YOU
The old site was replaced with a better one.
WHAT IS ACTUALLY HAPPENING
The URL Google currently ranks for your street address, /contact-us, returns a 404. So does the old blog. The new site has ten pages and none of the old ones forward to them. Organic traffic is 55 visits a month, up from 5 in February. It is growing from zero because the old equity was dropped, not carried over.

03
WHAT A REPORT WOULD TELL YOU
The About page shows two board certified physicians.
WHAT IS ACTUALLY HAPPENING
Healthgrades, Zocdoc, WebMD, Yelp, and ZoomInfo all say the practice is under the direction of William Piccione, M.D., Rush faculty since 1983, voted one of America's Top Doctors. Google reviews from this year name him. Your website does not mention him once. The two physicians it shows are described as a general surgeon and an emergency medicine physician, and neither bio contains the word “vein.” The site claims 25 years with nobody attached to those 25 years. A 55-year-old with leg pain reading that page has no reason to believe these are vein specialists.

04
WHAT A REPORT WOULD TELL YOU
Hours are on the website.
WHAT IS ACTUALLY HAPPENING
Website says Oak Park is open Monday 9 to 3. Google says Monday closed. Yelp says Monday 9 to 5 and Friday closed. Google cross-checks name, address, phone, and hours across the web to decide whether to trust a listing. Right now yours fails that check.

05
WHAT A REPORT WOULD TELL YOU
Patients can book online.
WHAT IS ACTUALLY HAPPENING
Every Book Now button on the site opens a request form. eClinicalWorks has real online scheduling. It is not connected. You told us you want booking back with Tammy confirming before anything hits the schedule. That is a two-week fix, not a project.

06
WHAT A REPORT WOULD TELL YOU
Services are listed.
WHAT IS ACTUALLY HAPPENING
Varithena, sclerotherapy, laser, micro-phlebectomy, ultrasound, and stockings are all anchors on one page. Google ranks pages, not anchors. “Sclerotherapy near me” gets 3,100 searches a month nationally with a difficulty score of zero, and you cannot rank for it because no page is about sclerotherapy. The site says “full spectrum of aesthetic services” four times and lists none of them.

07
WHAT A REPORT WOULD TELL YOU
We should rank for “vein clinic Oak Park.”
WHAT IS ACTUALLY HAPPENING
Nobody searches that. “Vein clinic oak park” and “vein clinic wilmette” both round to zero. People type “vein clinic near me” from Wilmette and Google decides who shows up. That decision is made by Google Business Profile quality, review velocity, and consistency across the web. Which is exactly where findings 03 and 04 hurt.

08
WHAT A REPORT WOULD TELL YOU
You need backlinks to compete in Chicago.
WHAT IS ACTUALLY HAPPENING
The site ranking fourth organically for “vein clinic chicago” has a Domain Rating of 1. It pulls an estimated 263 visits a month. Your Domain Rating is 1.3. The difference is pages, not links.

09
WHAT A REPORT WOULD TELL YOU
Organic is the long-term play.
WHAT IS ACTUALLY HAPPENING
Ahrefs shows no paid search traffic in any month since September 2025. USA Vein Clinics, United Vein and Vascular, and Metro Vein Centers are buying the market with corporate ad budgets and location pages. You have a 5.0 in Wilmette and a 4.6 in Oak Park and you are not bidding on your own market.

10
WHAT A REPORT WOULD TELL YOU
Phones are handled.
WHAT IS ACTUALLY HAPPENING
A Google review on the Oak Park listing says the caller was told River North was the closest location. Oak Park was 12 minutes away. That patient went elsewhere and wrote about it.

None of this requires a bigger budget. It requires someone owning it.

These are cheap clicks for a procedure that bills in the thousands. The chains know it. The town keywords are empty, so the strategy is not “rank for Oak Park.” It is: own the map pack in a ten-mile ring around each office, have a real page for every service and every cost question, and buy the near-me clicks the map pack does not give you.
The practice ranking fourth for “vein clinic chicago” has a Domain Rating of 1. You do not have an authority problem. You have a pages problem and a listings problem. Both are fixable in ninety days.

The chains have review volume and scheduling horror stories. You have the ratings and a boutique story nobody is telling. Review velocity closes that gap in two quarters.
FOUR ENGINES, ONE TEAM
Your biggest source of patients is podiatrists. Nothing on your website or in your marketing speaks to them. We build a referring-provider page, a one-page printed referral kit, a quarterly note to every foot surgeon within 20 miles of each office, and a fax-and-portal referral path that lands in eClinicalWorks. Referrals are the cheapest patient you will ever get. We make them systematic.
Fix the technical conflicts. One page per service, one page per cost question. Both Google Business Profiles rebuilt with correct hours, services, photos, and a review request that goes out after every visit. Paid search on near-me terms inside a ten-mile radius of each office, with a defensive campaign on your own name.
Your average patient is 50, a figure you provided. That audience is on Facebook, reads email, and comes back for the second leg and for aesthetics. Meta ads to adults 45 to 70 within ten miles of each office, using before-and-after and cost-transparency content. Email to the existing patient base for follow-up care, the other leg, and aesthetic services. Vein treatment is not a housing or credit category on Meta, so real targeting is allowed.
You have a 5.0 in Wilmette and a 4.6 in Oak Park on 49 total reviews. Northbrook Rosen has 130. The chains have more. This is the gap that decides who Google shows for "vein clinic near me," and it closes with a system, not a favor. We connect to eClinicalWorks so every completed visit triggers a text and an email the same day asking how it went. Happy patients get sent straight to your Google listing for the right office. Unhappy patients get routed to Tammy before they go public. We monitor both listings daily, respond to every review in your voice within 24 hours, and report review velocity monthly. Target is 10 new Google reviews a month across both offices by month three.
Every asset does two jobs. The cost guide ranks on Google and runs as a Meta ad. The referral kit goes to podiatrists and lives on the site. The review request that fills the Google listing also tells you which office had a bad Tuesday. Nobody in your market is doing all four.
THE PLAN
PHASE 1, DAYS 1 TO 30
Fix the www conflict. Ship a redirect map from every old URL. Reconcile hours across the website, Google, Yelp, Healthgrades, and Zocdoc. Decide the founder story with you and put it on the About page and every directory. Connect eClinicalWorks booking with the confirm-before-schedule step. Review request flow live at both offices. Phone script so nobody gets sent to River North. Reputation system connected to eClinicalWorks, text and email review requests live at both offices, negative feedback routed to Tammy before it goes public.
PHASE 2, DAYS 30 TO 90
Website rebuilt. One page each for Varithena, sclerotherapy, laser ablation, micro-phlebectomy, leg ulcers, and an aesthetics menu. Cost and insurance guide. Podiatrist referral page and printed kit. Paid search live in a ten-mile ring around each office. Meta live to 45 to 70. Both Google Business Profiles fully rebuilt.
PHASE 3, DAYS 90 TO 365
Content against the condition keyword map. Email to the patient base. Added services get a page and a campaign the week they launch. A live dashboard tracks booked consults and treated patients.
THE INVESTMENT
You are not buying a website and an SEO package and a paid media retainer from three vendors. You are plugging in one team that owns the number for both offices. Here is what that costs.
$5,292
per month
$5,000 growth partnership plus $292 for the website, spread across 12 months. About $2,646 per office.
| SERVICE | INVESTMENT |
|---|---|
| Local SEO, both Google Business Profiles, service and cost pages | included |
| Reputation management, EMR-connected review requests, response management | included |
| Social media management for the practice | included |
| Email marketing to the patient base | included |
| Podiatrist referral program | included |
| Paid media management, Google and Meta | included |
| Website rebuild with eClinicalWorks booking, $3,500 spread over 12 months | $292/mo through month 12 |
| Live reporting dashboard | included |
| Total | $5,292/mo |
The website line falls off after month 12. The site is yours from day one.
We start paid media at one office, Oak Park, where the volume and the data are. Once we know which keywords, which ads, and which radius produce booked consults, we turn on Wilmette with a playbook instead of a guess. Recommended starting ad spend is $2,500 per month, paid directly to Google and Meta, not billed by us and not marked up. It scales when the numbers say so, not before.
At a blended $2,412 per patient, the partnership plus the recommended $2,500 in ad spend costs $7,792 a month and pays for itself at 3.2 new patients a month across both offices. That is before treatment costs. The calculator above shows what happens at 40.
